Fedora 20 and Brother HL-3150CDN

Configuring Brother HL 3510CDN for Fedora 20 is quite easy. Following are steps:

1. Install CUPS (if you haven’t).

   sudo yum -y install cups

2. Run CUPS (if you haven’t).

   sudo systemctl start cups.service

3. Download and install the bottom 2 RPMs provided by Brother Driver download page.
4. Go to CUPS configure interface by using web browser to visit http://localhost:631.
5. In CUPS interface, click “Administrator” and “Add printer”, you should be able to find Brother HL-3150CDN there.
6. That’s it. Enjoy!
